Advanced Kettlebell Workshops, Brisbane, August 22

Senior RKC Shaun Cairns is one of the most respected kettlebell trainers in the world. Shaun is the grey man of the RKC world. While others spend a lot of time on the net espousing how good they are or talking about the things they’ve been up to, Shaun is at work training clients. One of the things that I get asked often by people here is how good is he? Well… This is a guy who managed to be the first to pass the Beast Tamer Challenge and did so with nothing more than a 32kg kettlebell to train with. On top of that he had never done a pistol before and being on his own in South Africa had to figure this out for himself. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to training background but those two things alone stand him apart from a great many trainers who could maybe talk less and train more.

So to have him here in Australia again is a fantastic opportunity. Not only will he be running the second HKC in Brisbane he is also going to run two workshops the day after that are open to anybody. In these workshops he is going to teach the Clean and Press and Snatch.

Here’s the breakdown:

Clean and Press –

  • How to get the most out of your press – while putting the least amount of strain on your shoulders.
  • How to stop strength “leaking” from your knees and hips – and what the pros do to prevent that.
  • The key characteristics of a good press.
  • How to instantly increase your pressing strength using these Russian secrets.

The Snatch –

  • Learn the ins and outs of the Czar of kettlebell lifts.
  • Learn how not to bruise your arms while snatching.
  • The Snatch is a 3 stage rocket – unlock the secrets to finesse the stages to get more from your training.
  • See why the kettlebell rules for elite conditioning.

Both of the workouts will be run at KMTA on Sunday August 22. Clean and Press starts at 10am and runs till 12.30pm and costs $250. The Snatch workshop runs from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and costs $200.

But…

Book now and save $75!

If you book now, before Monday 16 August you can do both for only $375! That’s a $75 saving to train for four hours with one of the best trainers in the world. In conjunction with the HKC these two workshops cover all the lifts necessary to go to the RKC. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and cover all the basics properly. To book – call me on 0412 658 434. Bookings essential.
